Privacy Policy

TimeVault is designed to be private by default. It has no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

Data we collect

None is sent to us. TimeVault has no backend and does not transmit your data anywhere. We (the developer) never receive your habits, usage, health, camera, photo or location data.

Data stored on your device

• Habits & settings — the habits, blocking groups and preferences you create, stored locally on your device.
• Screen Time data — provided by Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls framework so the app can block apps and show your usage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Health data — with your permission, TimeVault reads steps, workouts, exercise minutes, distance and flights from Apple Health to verify habits. Access is read-only. Health data is never written, sold, used for advertising, or transmitted off your device.
• Camera — used to count exercise repetitions on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Video is processed live and is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.
• Photos — optional photo "proof" of a task is checked on-device with an on-device model. Photos are not stored by the app or transmitted.
• Location — optional, for location-based habits. Region monitoring runs on-device; your location is never sent to us.

Purchases

TimeVault Pro is sold through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your name, card details, or other payment information. Your subscription status is verified on-device via the App Store receipt.

Third parties & tracking

TimeVault contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Children

TimeVault is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.

TimeVault ist von Grund auf privat. Es gibt kein Konto, keinen Server und kein Tracking. Alles, was du in der App tust, bleibt auf deinem Gerät.

Daten, die wir erheben

Keine werden an uns gesendet. TimeVault hat kein Backend und überträgt deine Daten nirgendwohin. Wir (der Entwickler) erhalten niemals deine Gewohnheiten, Nutzungs-, Gesundheits-, Kamera-, Foto- oder Standortdaten.

Daten, die auf deinem Gerät gespeichert werden

• Gewohnheiten & Einstellungen — die von dir erstellten Gewohnheiten, Sperrgruppen und Einstellungen, lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.
• Bildschirmzeit-Daten — bereitgestellt durch Apples Screen-Time-/Family-Controls-Framework, damit die App Apps sperren und deine Nutzung anzeigen kann. Diese Daten bleiben auf deinem Gerät und werden nie an uns gesendet.
• Gesundheitsdaten — mit deiner Erlaubnis liest TimeVault Schritte, Workouts, Trainingsminuten, Distanz und Etagen aus Apple Health, um Gewohnheiten zu verifizieren. Der Zugriff erfolgt nur lesend. Gesundheitsdaten werden nie geschrieben, verkauft, für Werbung verwendet oder von deinem Gerät übertragen.
• Kamera — wird genutzt, um Wiederholungen direkt auf dem Gerät mit Apples Vision-Framework zu zählen. Das Video wird live verarbeitet und niemals aufgezeichnet, gespeichert oder gesendet.
• Fotos — ein optionaler Foto-„Nachweis" einer Aufgabe wird on-device mit einem lokalen Modell geprüft. Fotos werden von der App nicht gespeichert oder übertragen.
• Standort — optional, für standortbasierte Gewohnheiten. Die Regionsüberwachung läuft on-device; dein Standort wird nie an uns gesendet.

Käufe

TimeVault Pro wird über Apples App Store mit StoreKit verkauft. Zahlungen werden von Apple abgewickelt; wir erhalten weder deinen Namen noch Kartendaten oder andere Zahlungsinformationen. Dein Abo-Status wird on-device über den App-Store-Beleg geprüft.

Dritte & Tracking

TimeVault enthält keine Werbe- oder Analyse-SDKs von Dritten und verfolgt dich nicht über Apps oder Websites hinweg.

Kinder

TimeVault richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von ihnen.

Änderungen

Bei Änderungen wird die aktualisierte Fassung mit neuem Datum auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht.
